What’s going on? My Facebook home is all about engagements!
Welcome back to Décorieure! Seeing that I’m around that age where some people start to get married, I want to take this opportunity and guide you with beautiful inspiration for your wedding. This post is to help you make that dream table decor!

Helping you make your wedding a fairytale, you and me, understand how important is to create a perfect table decor.
Whenever you are planning your wedding, the table decor is not the first thing that comes to your mind. First will come the budget, the style, the colours, and others. Thereafter, table decor comes as subsequently in the search of accessories and details.

When you start to think about the table, it’s very important to know how to distribute your guests. They should be divided by family, friends, age (if they are kids or teenagers), so they can share your magic moment with people they love too. I understand they should also meet other people in the party, but sometimes it’s a little bit uncomfortable for some people to sit with guests they don’t know (I know is not all the cases).
After, you will get an idea of how many persons should each table have, and with this, you decide the shapes of the tables. From personal experience, I suggest to choose rectangular tables for big groups, and circle for small groups.

Secondly, comes the center pieces. They should be appealing objets, that don’t take up all the place in the table. I recommend choosing two different adornments and alternate them. Consider always flowers as one of them, and why not? some candies and toys at the kids table! ☺

I love this picnic style table for kids with a basket filled up with fun!

After, personalise the plates. Adding simple accessories as a menu, a letter or a little present will actually make a big difference and add elegance to your wedding. Incorporate these accessories with the cloth napkins.

Do not put unnecessary cutlery, just the right ones for the menu you are offering. It won’t confuse the guests and occupy place.

Lastly, choose the tables, chairs and (if necessary) the tablecloth. They should all go with the same style and decor.

I hope I have helped you with your dream day. Make your fairytale come true with these advices. Congratulations to all the engaged couples in this wonderful commitment. ♥♥ Have a nice weekend.
